I really don't hate the bedroom picture (then again, I haven't seen the "before" version"). But the bathroom? Can you imagine having to go into that bedroom after waking up with the inevitable hangover that a woman would have to have in order to have stayed there long enough to get one?
In general, red is not a popular color for interior design. (I say this not as a professional designer, but as someone who has been in only one house that had a lot of red inside - it looked like a Chinese food restaurant. Which in general, I like... for an hour or so... then I adjourn to a non-red environment.)
