Les viandes des Charlevoix are a Quebec organic meat company. Their chickens are big. There's a ton of information about how they raise them on their web page http://www.viandesbiocharlevoix.com/ under "elevage". I don't know whether you can get them in Ontario, but I'm feeling fairly positive about them.
What I can't find here are genuinely free range eggs.
