glaurungAs best I can tell, the producers of ST:D are operating under the deluded notion that their show is not in conflict with the tone, themes, established continuity or in-universe history of TOS.
While the second season does not yet seem to be all in on gleeflully kicking and trampling on the original while pretending to venerate it the way the first season was, I am still unwilling to invest any interest or passion into a series that seems to be a deliberate Bizzaro world version of the real Star Trek.
